The TPS2812P is a high-speed, single-output, non-inverting gate driver designed for driving high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs in various applications such as motor drives, power supplies, and inverters. It features an advanced bipolar process and proprietary Schmitt trigger input design to provide high noise immunity, wide input voltage range, and fast rise and fall times.The TPS2812P has a supply voltage range of 10V to 20V and can source up to 2A and sink up to 4A of peak output current. It also has an undervoltage lockout function to protect the MOSFET or IGBT from being driven under low-voltage conditions. The device is available in a small 8-pin SOIC package, making it suitable for space-constrained designs.
