The TLP561J is an optocoupler device manufactured by Toshiba Semiconductor and Storage. It is a photocoupler with a phototransistor output and a GaAs infrared LED input. The device is designed for high-speed switching applications and isolation of electronic circuits.The TLP561J has a minimum CTR (current transfer ratio) of 50% at a forward current of 5mA, ensuring efficient signal transfer between the input and output. It has a low input current of 5mA and a maximum forward voltage of 1.6V.The device is housed in a 4-pin DIP (dual in-line package) package, making it easy to integrate into existing circuit designs.
