The TLC2274ACD is a quad operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output capabilities. It has a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a low input bias current of 1pA. The amplifier offers a low offset voltage of 500uV and a low noise voltage of 22nV/√Hz.This device is designed for precision applications in instrumentation, audio, and sensor signal conditioning. It is capable of driving heavy loads with its high output current of 10mA. The TLC2274ACD also features low power consumption, making it suitable for battery-powered applications.The quad package provides four independent amplifiers in a single 14-pin DIP package. Each amplifier can be used independently or in parallel to increase the output current capability. The device is stable for gains above 10 and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
