TCLT1000 General Description
The TCLT1000 is a high-speed optocoupler that features a GaAIAs infrared LED coupled with a photo-transistor in a compact 4-pin SOP package. It has a maximum propagation delay of 150 ns, making it suitable for applications requiring high-speed data transmission. The device has a minimum isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms, ensuring reliable isolation between input and output signals.The TCLT1000 operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. It has a minimum CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) of 50% at a forward current of 1 mA, providing reliable signal transmission even at low input currents. The optocoupler is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, making it environmentally friendly.
