SFH615A-2 General Description
The SFH615A-2 is a small outline optocoupler that consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a phototransistor. It is designed to provide high isolation voltage and is commonly used in applications that require signal isolation, voltage and current control, switching power supplies, industrial controls, and motor controls.The optocoupler has a minimum isolation voltage of 2500 Vrms, a minimum storage temperature of -55°C, and a maximum operating temperature of 100°C. It has a forward current of 50mA and a forward voltage of 1.2V. The SFH615A-2 comes in a standard 4-pin DIP package and has a compact design that makes it suitable for use in space-constrained applications.
