RT8289GSP General Description
The RT8289GSP is a low-dropout voltage regulator designed by Richtek Technology. It has a maximum input voltage of 28V and can provide a fixed output voltage of 3.3V with a maximum output current of 1.5A. The device features a low dropout voltage of only 250mV at full load, making it suitable for applications where a stable output voltage is required despite variations in the input voltage.The RT8289GSP also includes overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and over-temperature protection to ensure the safety and reliability of the system it is integrated into. It has a built-in internal compensation network, which eliminates the need for external components and simplifies the design process.
