MURF1060CT General Description
The MURF1060CT is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-speed switching applications in power supplies, converters, and freewheeling diodes. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and a continuous forward current rating of 10A. The diode features a low forward voltage drop of 0.51V at 5A, allowing for efficient power conversion.The MURF1060CT is housed in a TO-220AB package, which provides high thermal efficiency and allows for easy mounting on a heatsink. This package also offers excellent surge capability, making the diode suitable for harsh operating conditions. The diode has a low reverse recovery time of 25ns, reducing switching losses and improving overall system efficiency. It also has a high reverse energy capability of 60mJ, ensuring reliable operation in high-voltage applications.
