The MAX3232CUE+ is a RS-232 transceiver integrated circuit that is designed to convert signals between RS-232 and CMOS or TTL voltage levels. It can operate at data rates of up to 250 kbps and has a low-power shutdown mode to conserve energy when not in use. The MAX3232CUE+ has a wide operating voltage range from 3.0V to 5.5V, making it suitable for a variety of applications. It has a 1μA low-power shutdown mode and can interface with 5V logic levels. The device has two receivers and two transmitters, making it ideal for full-duplex communication.The MAX3232CUE+ comes in a 16-pin QSOP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
