MAX3221MDBREP General Description

The MAX3221MDBREP is a 3-V to 5.5-V single-channel RS-232 line driver/receiver with b115-kV ESD protection. It features an auto-powerdown function that automatically disables drivers for power savings. The device operates at data signaling rates up to 250 kbit/s and has low standby current consumption.
