LTM4644IY#PBF General Description
The LTM4644IY#PBF is a high efficiency step-down DC-DC µModule regulator from Analog Devices Inc. It features an input voltage range of 2.375V to 5.5V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5V. The device can deliver up to 10A of output current, making it suitable for various applications such as point-of-load regulation, networking, telecom, industrial, and medical equipment.The LTM4644IY#PBF uses a synchronous switching topology to achieve high efficiency levels of up to 95%. It also features internal compensation, soft-start, and output voltage tracking and margining functions, simplifying the design process for engineers. The device is housed in a compact 15mm x 15mm x 5.01mm BGA package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.Additional features of the LTM4644IY#PBF include overcurrent and overtemperature protection, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and has a continuous switching frequency programmable from 250kHz to 1.3MHz.
