The LSF0204DPWR is a member of the LSF family of bidirectional voltage level translators. It operates within a range of 0.8 V to 4.5 V for Vref_A and 1.8 V to 5.5 V for Vref_B. This device facilitates bidirectional voltage translations between 0.8 V and 5.0 V without requiring a direction terminal, suitable for open-drain or push-pull applications. It supports transmission speeds exceeding 100 MHz for open-drain systems with a 15-pF capacitance and 165-ohm pull-up resistor. When either the An or Bn port is LOW, the switch is in the ON-state, creating a low resistance connection between the An and Bn ports, allowing minimal propagation delay and signal distortion. Additionally, the device offers high-impedance I/O terminals when the enable (EN) pin is LOW, and it features a flow-through pinout for easy PCB trace routing. The LSF0204DPWR operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and offers ESD protection tested per JESD 22 standards, including 2000-V human-body model, 200-V machine model, and 1000-V charged-device model.
