The LM3481MM is a highly integrated synchronous buck regulator designed for various applications, including automotive, industrial, and telecom. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 75V, making it suitable for a wide range of power supply designs. With a fixed frequency peak current-mode control scheme, it ensures stability and fast transient response. The device can deliver a maximum output current of up to 2A, making it suitable for powering a variety of loads. Its integrated low-side and high-side MOSFETs minimize external component count and simplify the design process. Additionally, it features programmable soft-start to limit inrush current during startup and thermal shutdown protection to safeguard against overheating.
