LM2675MX-ADJ General Description
The LM2675MX-ADJ is a step-down voltage regulator that provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.23V to 37V with an input voltage range of 8V to 40V. It has a maximum output current of 1A and a very low dropout voltage of 0.5V at full load. The device operates at a fixed frequency of 52kHz, offers thermal shutdown and current limit protection features, and comes in a compact 8-pin TO-220 package.The LM2675MX-ADJ uses an integrated switch and synchronous rectification to achieve high efficiency and minimize external components, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. It has a built-in soft-start function to reduce inrush current during startup and improve system reliability.Other key features of the LM2675MX-ADJ include a high switching frequency that allows for smaller external components, a low quiescent current of 25mA, and a high ripple rejection ratio of 60dB.
