ISO7721DR General Description
The ISO7721DR is a digital isolator device manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features a reinforced isolation barrier to provide reliable isolation of up to 5000 VRMS for 1 minute per UL 1577 and 4242 VPK per VDE V 0884-11. This component is capable of transmitting data across the isolation barrier using differential signaling, ensuring robust communication in noisy environments. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it is suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The ISO7721DR also offers high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) performance, making it suitable for applications where electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a concern. It comes in a small, space-saving SOIC-8 package, making it suitable for compact designs. Additionally, it features a high data rate of up to 100 Mbps, enabling fast and reliable data transmission in industrial automation, motor control, and other applications requiring isolation
