The IR2136J is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver integrated circuit. It is designed for driving high current loads in applications such as motor control, power supplies, and inverters. The IC features three high-speed low-side and three high-speed high-side channels, offering both non-inverting and inverting outputs.The IR2136J operates over a wide voltage range of 10V to 20V, making it suitable for a variety of power applications.
