The IR2133J is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver integrated circuit designed for motor control and inverter applications. It is produced by International Rectifier, now part of Infineon Technologies.The IR2133J features a floating high-side gate driver with three independent high and low side referenced output channels capable of driving 1.5A peak current. It has a maximum supply voltage of 20V, making it suitable for high voltage applications. The IC also includes advanced protection features such as under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and fault reporting for reliable operation.The IR2133J has a high-speed propagation delay of only 200ns, allowing for precise and efficient control of power switches in motor drive and inverter systems. It operates over a wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
