IR2101STRPBF General Description
The IR2101STRPBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver. It provides high and low side drive outputs that are in phase with each other, ideal for half-bridge and full-bridge configurations. With its floating channel designed for bootstrap operation, it can support up to 600V. The device's input logic signals can be as low as 3.3V, making it compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers and control circuits. It has a typical output rise and fall times of 25ns and can source and sink up to 2A of peak current. The IR2101STRPBF also includes protection features such as undervoltage lockout for both the high and low side outputs, preventing potential damage to the MOSFETs or IGBTs due to insufficient voltage. Its compact SOP-8 package enhances its ease of use in various applications requiring high voltage switching
