ICL8105 General Description
Meet the ICL8105, a top-of-the-line single-stage flyback controller with integrated Power Factor Correction (PFC) specifically engineered for constant output current LED drivers. This innovative controller features a digital core and advanced control algorithms that enable various operation modes, including quasi resonant mode, discontinuous conduction mode, and active burst mode. By seamlessly transitioning between modes, the ICL8105 achieves exceptional efficiency, high power factor, and low harmonic distortion across a wide load range. The optional active burst mode control scheme further enhances dimming capabilities and eliminates flicker, shimmer, and audible noise, ensuring a superior lighting experience
