ICL7660CBA General Description
The ICL7660CBA is a monolithic CMOS voltage converter IC that enables voltage inversion, doubling, and halving. It operates from a single positive voltage supply, typically ranging from 1.5V to 18V, and generates a complementary negative voltage output. The device can provide output voltages as low as -1.5 times the input voltage, facilitating various applications requiring negative voltage rails.
