HMCAD1520 General Description
The HMCAD1520 is a high-performance, 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) designed for a wide range of applications. It offers a sampling rate of up to 210 MSPS and operates on a single 1.8V power supply. The ADC features a low power consumption of 45 mW, making it suitable for power-constrained designs.The HMCAD1520 includes a high-speed LVDS output interface, allowing for easy integration with various digital signal processing systems. It offers excellent linearity and dynamic performance, with a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 75 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 80 dB.This ADC supports internal and external references, enabling flexibility in design configurations. It is housed in a compact 5x5 mm QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
