HMC441LC3BTR-R5 General Description
The HMC441LC3B is an efficient GaAs PHEMTMMIC Medium Power Amplifier housed in a leadlessRoHS compliant SMT package. Operating between6 and 18 GHz, the amplifier provides 14 dB of gain,+21.5 dBm of saturated power and 27% PAE froma +5V supply. This 50 Ohm matched amplifier doesnot require any external components and operatesfrom a single positive supply, making it an ideallinear gain block or driver for HMC SMT mixers. TheHMC441LC3B is compatible with high volume surfacemount manufacturing techniques, and the I/Os areDC blocked for further ease of integration.
