The HCPL-3120-500E is an optocoupler device manufactured by Broadcom Limited. It is a single-channel, high-speed, logic gate optocoupler that contains an AlGaAs LED which emits infrared light, and a photodetector IC that operates in conjunction to form an optically coupled isolation barrier.
