H11AA814 General Description
The H11AA814 is a high-speed MOSFET-output optocoupler with a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 200% minimum. It features an isolation voltage of 5300 Vrms and a switching speed of 1.0 μs. The optocoupler is designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in applications such as motor controls, switching power supplies, and industrial inverters.This device has a phototransistor output and is housed in a 4-pin dual in-line package (DIP).
