The AT25256B-SSHL-T is a serial EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) manufactured by Adesto Technologies. It has a storage capacity of 32 kilobits (4096 bytes) and operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V.This EEPROM is housed in an industry-standard 8-lead SOIC (small outline integrated circuit) package with a package size of 208 mil. It features a high-speed SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) bus interface with a maximum clock frequency of 20 MHz.The AT25256B-SSHL-T offers byte and page write capability, allowing for efficient data storage and retrieval. It also supports software and hardware write protection to prevent accidental data corruption.Additionally, this EEPROM has a specified endurance of 1 million write cycles and a data retention of up to 100 years, ensuring reliable and long-term data storage.
