AT24C128C-SSHM-T General Description
The AT24C128C-SSHM-T is a 128-kilobit (16,384 x 8) Serial EEPROM with a wide voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. It features a 2-wire serial interface and offers a clock frequency of up to 1MHz. The EEPROM is organized into 256 pages of 64 bytes each for efficient data storage and retrieval. This device also provides a Write Protect pin for added security, allowing users to prevent accidental data writes. With a write endurance of 1,000,000 cycles and a data retention period of 100 years, the AT24C128C-SSHM-T offers reliable and durable data storage solutions. Additionally, this EEPROM operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.
