The AP22814AW5-7 is a high-side power switch with internal overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. It has a wide input voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and a continuous output current of 2.0A. This power switch is designed for use in USB ports, smartphones, tablets, and other portable devices that require protection against overcurrent conditions.The AP22814AW5-7 features a low on-resistance of 60mΩ at 5.0V input voltage, which helps minimize power loss and improve efficiency.
