The AM26LS31CD is a quad differential line driver designed to improve the performance and efficiency of data transmission in high-speed communication systems. It features four independent differential line drivers, each capable of converting TTL/CMOS input signals into differential output signals suitable for driving twisted-pair or parallel-wire transmission lines. The device operates within a voltage range of ±7V to ±15V and can support data rates of up to 10Mbps. It also includes built-in thermal shutdown protection to prevent overheating during operation. The AM26LS31CD is housed in a 16-pin SOIC package for easy integration into various electronic systems.
