The AD820ARZ is a precision low power FET input operational amplifier from Analog Devices. It has a wide input voltage range from -0.3V to +44V and a very low input bias current of 1pA. The amplifier offers high speed performance with a slew rate of 2V/μs and a unity-gain bandwidth of 5MHz. It also has a low input offset voltage of 0.3mV and a low input offset drift of 0.6μV/°C, making it suitable for precision applications.The AD820ARZ operates from a single supply voltage range of 4V to 36V or a dual supply voltage range of ±2V to ±18V. It can drive loads up to 10pF with a low output impedance of 60Ω. The amplifier is housed in an SOIC package and has a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
