Infineon IM564-X6D BLDC based inverter control application solution
Based on the Infineon CIPOS™ Mini 600V IM564-X6D module, Pinnacle Group introduces the first CIPOS™ Mini PFC integrated IPM module to support customer design applications. Infineon's latest iMotion MCE engine technology.
The IM564-X6D is part of the CIPOS™ Mini product family, a DIP 3x36D package module that integrates a three-phase inverter stage and PFC. It incorporates a CoolMOS™ power MOSFET and a fast switching diode for the PFC stage, which can increase the PFC switching frequency to 150 kHz, thus significantly reducing the inductor size for high power density and small system size, and can be used in combination with active PFC to quickly prototype a variety of inverter motor control systems, such as fans, pumps, and compressors.
