LMK04208NKDR General Description
Its dual loop architecture comprises two high-performance PLLs, a low-noise crystal oscillator circuit, and a high-performance VCO. The first PLL (PLL1) serves as a jitter cleaner, while the second PLL (PLL2) handles clock generation. PLL1 can be configured to work with either an external VCXO module or the integrated crystal oscillator with external tuning components. By leveraging the superior phase noise characteristics of the VCXO module or tunable crystal at different frequency offsets, PLL1 effectively cleans the input clock signal before it is fed into PLL2 for clock generation
